Easy Pork Sausage Casserole

Easy, tasty and hearty. Pork sausage, ham and beans with fragrant herbs and wine to flavour.

Ingredients

1/2 pound pork sausage

1 clove garlic, chopped or crushed

1 onion, chopped

1 1/2 cups chopped ham

2 tablespoons roughly chopped parsley

1 bay leaf

2 x 15 oz navy beans, undrained

1/4 cup dry white wine

pinch ground cloves

Method

Fry sausage, onion, and garlic in a pan, until meat is browned and onion is tender. Drain off. Add chopped ham, parsley, bay leaf, and mix well. Stir in beans, wine, and cloves. Turn into a casserole dish, bake covered in 3500 C oven for 45 minutes. Remove bay leaf and serve.
